Personal Course Access
Purchasing a Bianque Hall course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own educational and wellbeing purposes.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course content, videos, audio recordings, written materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information when placing an order and creating your learning account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Course access may not be shared with another person or transferred to another account without written permission from Bianque Hall.
Prohibited Uses
You must not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute course materials

Record, download, or extract course videos or audio unless a download option is expressly provided

Share private video, file, or course-access links

Circumvent account, payment, or access restrictions

Use automated tools to scrape or collect course content
We may suspend or remove access when we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.
Educational and Wellness Disclaimer
Bianque Hall courses provide general educational, movement, relaxation, and wellbeing information.
Our courses are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, injury, severe or persistent sleep difficulty, significant anxiety, breathing problems, pregnancy-related concerns, or any other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a course.
Stop any movement or relaxation practice that causes pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or unusual discomfort.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchased courses remain available through the customer’s Bianque Hall learning account while the course and learning platform remain in operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payments and Refunds
Course prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Currency conversion, banking charges, and applicable taxes may depend on the customer’s location and payment provider.
