You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase if the course does not meet your expectations.

• The email address used at checkout

• The name of the course

• A short explanation of your request

Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date are generally not eligible, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider might require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Access to the refunded course may be removed after the refund is completed.

Duplicate Charges and Technical Problems
